We trace our roots to the birth of Republic Chemical Industries, Inc. in 1958, now called Pioneer Adhesives, Inc., manufacturing and marketing of adhesives and polystyrene products. In 1979, the creation of a High Performance Specialty Building Products Division was part of the company’s reorganization built on the Systems concept of thorough and long-term building protection.

The new company, PIONEER SPECIALTY BUILDING SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED (PIONEER SBSI) aims to be the most responsive, customer driven specialty building supplier/contractor dedicated to Total Quality. Helping us to realize this objective is our TQM (Total Quality Management) Program, which is customer oriented and committed to one standard - Zero Defects in our all products and activities.

While providing our clients with quality products and services continues to be our main concern, we also recognize that the strength of the people, who in fact are the company, play the biggest role in bringing about Total Customer satisfaction. We believe in the need for continuous improvement and the use of proven scientific approaches in all our endeavors. We believe in empowering our people so that the decisions can be made on the spot to minimize response time to problems encountered on the field.

U.P. College of Medicine Medical Arts Building

N.U. Calamba

National University has a satellite campus in Calamba, Laguna. The abandoned site of St. James College of Calamba was purchased by NU and it is now occupied by National University as a satellite campus. It is the first NU campus outside Metro Manila. The university opened its doors to students in the 2018–2019 school year.

The New Clark City Athletics Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located at the New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, Philippines. It is the primary venue of the New Clark City Sports Hub, which is part of the National Government Administrative Center. It hosted the athletics events and the closing ceremony of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games. It is currently used as the home stadium of United City.
